The sequence of measuring harmonics:
- Powering of analyser.
- Connecting voltage and current leads.
- Setting of measurement scheme.
- Setting of measurement method.
- Setting of date and time.
- Connecting scheme of analyser.
- Measuring of harmonics.
- Powering of analyser.
Turn on analyser:
- Connecting of voltage and current leads.
It‘s time to connect voltage and current leads to analyser.
Press „Setting“ button:
By using „up“, „down“ buttons select option “Sensors and rations”:
Press yellow button below letter „A“ as marked in picture:
At this moment current leads (clamps) are not connected yet:
Every current clamp has own color marking: phase A (or L1) – yellow, phase B (or L2) – green, phase C (or L3) – red. Neutral current clamp is marked as blue.
Phase A current clamp:

Connect other current clamps to analyser:
Connect voltage A, B, C leads to analyzer:
- Setting of measurement scheme.
Press „Setting“ button:
By using „up“, „down“ buttons select option “ Electrical connection ” scheme as shown in picture:

Press button “Enter”.
- Date and time setting.
We need to set date and time:
Press button „Settings.
By using „up“, „down“ buttons select „Date/Time“.
Press button „Enter“.
Set correct date and time.
Press button „Enter“.
- Connecting scheme of analyser.
This scheme is shown in picture:

You should pay atention that direction of current clamp should be the same as flowing current direction in phase.
If these directions will be oposite, measurements of currents will be not correct (current will be shifted by180°).

Current and voltage harmonics opened with analyser’s software:
Press button as shown in picture:
Here we can analyse waveforms of voltages and currents:
Waveforms of voltages:
We can download received waveforms to PC.
You can make picture of this waveform.
Press button „Snapshot“ and hold it pressed for several seconds:
On upper left corner will apear „camera“ picture:
Photo is made.
Opening photo of waveform.
Press button „Snapshot“:
In window „Snapshot list“ select photo and open it:

Voltage (red) and current (green) waveforms of phase L2:
Voltage (blue) and current (red) waveforms of phase L3:
As you can see in this article measured current harmonics are huge. Voltage harmonics are small. In most cases in power network exist only current harmonics.
