Digsi 4.83 software is used for Siemens Siprotec 2, 3, 4 family relaying PLCs‘ and relays programming and configuration. This powerfull software pack has FBD programming language.
By using Digsi software you can configure simple feeders‘ relays (for example, line differential protection Siemens 7SD610) or incoming cubicles‘, sectional cubicles‘ and voltage transformers‘ PLCs (for example PLC Siemens 7Sj63) with complex automation schemes -automatic transfer scheme (ATS), load shedding and so on. Analogue software of company ABB would be software pack CAP505.
Software Digsi is not free licenced. This soft has unique serial number.

Hi Rimvis.
Good post, however, I think is important to notice that Digsi4 is currently on version 4.90 SP2. In version 4,89 the IEC station used to establish the GOOSE and MMS configurations was completely overhauled. so it would be wiser to build the upcoming post around a newer version of the tool.
Regards from Brasil.

Hi, Alejandro!
My strategy now is more writing about older PLC’s and relays because there are thousands of these relays in the world.
For maintenance it is very usefull information and data.
In the future I’m going to write about newer relays.
Best regards, Rimvis
